first go to the desert near mauville, then go to rusboro into the devon corp. then reach the 2nd floor where there are a whole bunch of scientists. go to the scientist to the bottom right, or if its not the right one search all of them. one of them will ask for a fossil, give them the root fossil u found on the desert get out of the place and wait for 30 sec. then come back in and talk to him again and he'll give u a lileep. it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  A Tip to catch Latios/Latias Send This Cheat

If you go to the desert, catch a Trapninch & train it up. If you train it up to LV35 it will evolve in to Vibrava, during evolution press B to stop it, because otherwise arena trap won't work anymore. Then with your Trapninch go find Latios/Latias, Trapninch has arena trap as a special ability so Latios/Latias shouldn't escape.

Tip

Trapninch evolves at LV35 into Vibrava & then again at LV45 into Flygon. Trapninchs special ability is arena trap & Vibrava & Flygon's are levitate, so keep your Trapninch in order to catch rare poke'mon that flee easily.

first put two or one (your choice)in the daycare. thenfly to a muddy hill where you cant get up walking or an acrobike. then grab your acrobike, face to the muddy hill and put something heavy on the button up on your D-pad. make sure your gameboy is full loaded. then just leave it for one ore two days and then go back to the daycare.
you see that your pokemon are much stronger, and you dont even need to use an action replay !

  Beat Elite Four Easy Send This Cheat

U need a lvl 85+ Blaziken and lvl 75+ Rayquaza lvl 40+ steel type pokemon(prefferably registeel). wen u battle sidney use blaziken's double kick on all pokemon, it should kill. then on the gost lady use rayquazas outrage for the first two, then blaziken's blaze kick for the third(to un-confuse raquaza) then use raquaza's outrage twice more for the last two. use blaziken's double kick on all of glacia's pokemon, it should kill, then use rayquazas outrage on drakes first two pokemon and see if hes going to use it a third time. if he does, switch him out afterwards (follow instructions below) if he gets confused put the steel pokemon in for the flygon's next move(dragonbreath??) then put rayquaza out again and use outrage. if he only uses outrage twice again do the steel pokemon thing and use it once more. On Steven, use blaziken's blaze kick on skarmory, then sky uppercut on aggron, then blaze kick again on metagross, then sky uppercut on armaldo, then use rayquaza's extremespeed on claydol then use rayquaza's fly on claydol (this is so steven doesn't use full restores) and last but not least, use blaziken's sky uppercut on cradily.

If you have all the things you need to do this it will work!! Also, have your rayquaza or blaziken hold an amulet coin and if you are training someone weak, just do this 5-6 times while they hold an Exp. Share (devon Corp. president)
