First capture a red gyrados and blue/normal gyrados. Train it both to level 40. Go to Goldenrod city daycare. Give red gyrados to the old woman and blue/normal gyrados to the old man. After a couple days, talk to the old man (he would be outside) and he would give an egg. When the egg hatches, it will become a level 5 golden magikarp!!!

first get a shelder and a pinser. let the shellder evolve into cloyster and put them in the daycare. let the reach about level 30. go to the 3 girls at the bottom of goldenrod city by using surf. beat them. then talk to them again an they will say some shit. talk to them again and the will ask you if you want to trade a cloyster and a pinser for a lugia. if you try to duplicate any of the pinser or cloyster this trick will not work. besure that lugia will be on level 100
